8 Month Milestone Session

Nels is quite the charming baby and I enjoyed every moment of our mini studio session to celebrate 8 months of living it up! Not to mention catching up with mom; time flies between newborn snuggles and sitting littles.

These sessions are usually face paced because once your baby realizes the crazy lady behind the camera is a one trick wonder with her ‘I’m going to get you!’ tickle threats, they make a break for it every chance they get. But no worries, moms and dads are great assistants putting baby back to our spot, and the crazy lady keeps clicking away as we all giggle about it all.

What did I say a few weeks ago… one blog a week. And here I am, achieving one a month (2 total so far) – ha! Such as life, just staying real!

I also told myself I’d take off January and February this year so I could reevaluate the business backend, take care of taxes, clean up my office (oh heavens) and just enjoy some downtime. Do we think that happened? Not in the least. But there is nothing to complain about because hello – Look at this darling little child! What a fool I would be to have not said yes to bringing her into the studio for a little milestone session before she turns one!
